I did most of my communication online with Esther Zhang. She immediately sent me a good quote and then made it even better! I requested quotes from Penske, Longo and Norwalk Toyota dealerships and no one was able to beat Esther's quote! I loved how no-nonse it was when I got to the dealership as a price and vehicle had already been decided via email. A test drive just to make sure I didn't hate the car, sign the paperwork and when I had to drive back to drop off my dad's truck, even got an Uber back to the dealership from Esther to pick up my new wheels! Only issue I had was a found a Juul vape device in my new car... Someone vaping in my car before I got it? But overall, very happy with the entire experience!

I've never bought a car from a dealership and didn't really know what to expect but luckily I got Hank Brautigam to help me through this experience. Hank was able to show me a bunch of different trucks and was able to work with me on finding the perfect truck for me while keeping in mind the amount of money I wanted to spend and even the color. He was very patient, always willing to work with me and help answer all of the questions I had for him. Finance department lack of integrity. He include a surface protection plan that cost over $1,400 without my consent and this plan is junk garbage not good it cover something that I rarely will use. No explanation of the plan nor paper work in my document bad points for finance department unhappy
Hank helped me lease a Corolla for a price that I could afford. Most of the negotiations were done online and via phone. A price was settled on, all I had to do was an application online and then, when I came in, we immediately took the car for a spin and closed the sale. I was there for a while, but negotiating ahead of time really cut our time there. Pretty happy with how painless the process was. Both Hank and Oscar were easy going.

First I must say that I really, really hate buying cars and I was also fighting a cold during our experience with DTLA Toyota. With that said, my girlfriend and I really had a good experience buying our car here. Hank and Jaime were straight forward with no pressure and didn’t trying playing the normal games with numbers that we’re used to. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted with a pre-approved loan from my bank. Although, we already had a pretty low interest rate, Hank was able to offer us an even lower one through Toyota. I must also mention that Hank gave me an awesome price on the car that we were looking for over the phone so we drove all the way from Huntington Beach to lock it down. I’m sure that somebody might have beat his offer by hundred bucks or so, but because he was so straight forward over the phone and we had already dealt with some sneaky salespersons from about ten other dealerships the previous two weeks, we were happy to give him our business. I just purchased a Toyota Rav4 from Downtown Toyota. My salesman was Raymond Lewis. This is my 5th car and in all my years of purchasing cars, I have never met a more friendly and knowledgable salesman Raymond delivered on the deal that we had discussed and kept his promises. I did not want to be stuck downtown all night and upsold items I didn’t need. Raymond kept his word. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour — definitely a record from the normal 3-4 hours of waiting, paperwork, pulling the car, etc. The staff and facilities were very clean and professional. Parking is a nightmare, I don't like to be told prices aren't negotiable, all prices are negotiable. No hagle only means that the dealer is unwilling to hagle, bad practice! Now to what I liked. Clean competitive prices on what looked like a nice used car selection. I was there to look at one vehicle and your staff did take than and run with it which got me in and out of there in a timely fashion. So far very pleased with the our purchase!

I was able to finalize the details of the deal on my new Tacoma through email with Jin and all that I had to do was how up to complete the paperwork and drive home in a new Tacoma! My only issue was that they let the Tacoma idle for too long as we were completing the paperwork and it ran out of gas. A technician had to fill it up with a gas can and it added time to the experience.
The process was very easy, no hassle experience. The employees are nice and very comfortable to talk to whether is about the car or other stuff. The facility are clean, and easy to find.
The service was nice. The price was reasonable. I would come back to this dealership for my next Toyota. Highly recommend. The financing took longer time than expected. Other than that, everything was perfect. Price could've been better.

I can't speak highly enough about Jin. I ask A LOT of questions, and he was super patient and answered all of them. Furthermore, he paid attention to the things I was looking for in a car and tailored his recommendations to them. They didn't have the Prius XLE in the color I wanted and he spent a month looking for one. He kept in touch the entire time and when the car finally came in, he made sure to go over every inch of the car with me so that I knew what and where everything was. Excellent, friendly, and hassle free experience overall. The Sales Agent was fantastic and made a normally stressful situation much easier. I went in prepared for a long drawn out process in which trying to be sold options/products that I didn’t need or want. Instead it was the opposite; no pushy salesman or constant ‘let me talk to my manager to see what we can do’. I was in and out in a matter of a couple of hours.
Everyone we dealt with was professional and curteous. That good about this was that most everything was taken care before getting to the dealership. Basically we just went and sign papers. How good was it? Great! In the future my nephew is buying a Toyota and we headed Downtown. Cannot thank you enough for the price of the car and the interest rate.

Jin chun is my Internet salesman. He is cool and friendly. When I was at the car dealership, I didn't feel any pressure choosing a car. Some salesman will try to push you buying a car right now or certain time. He didn't. I believe the first impression is very important. He answered all my question about the car. I would recommend him without hesitation for shopping a car.

This was my second rodeo at buying a car. However, it was my first time purchasing a new automobile. Before stepping foot into this dealer I had taken a stroll in others. However, every other dealership was expensive and none offered discounts. Feeling defeated, I called Toyota of Downtown LA and had a detailed conversation with Jorge. Bluntly, he explained that the other dealerships were racking up prices and that this particular dealer had a $3,000 discount for the automobile that I wanted to purchase. Once stepping foot at the dealer, I was immediately greeted and directed to Jorge. I waited in a clean, modern, and spunky rest area. The aroma of popcorn was definitely amidst and before long I was viewing my dream car. Jorge broke down every pro and con associated with the model I wanted. He made sure that I was aware of the differences between the models and that I was 100% sure of my purchase. Luckily, I was able to test drive the vehicle and immediately I had fallen in love. Moreover, when it came down to figuring out my monthly payments/options, Jorge took great care to ensure that I knew the logistics behind my options (buy a new car or lease it with the option to own). He made sure that I understood the logistics behind leasing a car, and that I understood the pros and cons associated with each. When I expressed my concerns regarding my monthly payments and my APR, Jorge made sure to break down the costs with me - down to the penny. He also made sure to explain the add ons while giving his expert opinion on each. Likewise, I was also attended by Brian (finance guy) who made sure I understood EVERYTHING. Its evident that he knows his job like the back of his hand for he broke down EVERYTHING. Likewise, he also made sure that I understood what "leasing" a car meant. He went as far as to advice me that leasing would cause me to take a financial toll and therefore advised me to purchase the car. Clearly, he knows his numbers - and he reassured me that buying a car was a better financial move rather than leasing it. He also went ahead and made sure that I understood the add ons and what they would and would not cover. In the end, he was able to get me an affordable monthly payment plan - which I APPRECIATE - as well as a new car. OVER ALL? I loved it! The environment was welcoming and the staff was super friendly. They made my experience a joyful one and I did not experience buyers remorse when leaving the dealer. Would definitely recommend.
Jorge Valle was the salesperson I dealt with, and I can't praise him too highly! He was efficient, prompt, and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made purchasing very quick and easy. I have had lackluster experiences with other dealerships, but after this I will be purchasing from here in the future! it was a much greater experience the one i had the day i went to do business with toyota of down town LA . i went for a car i really wanted the way i wanted it and it was available . i was pretty specific when i told the people how i wanted my future car to be . and they brought it to me in a very professional manner . its a busy place , so the time people spend there can be considerable , but to be honest i did not care how long i was there . the time did fly by . in a matter of time another happy face was driving out of the car dealer this sweet camry SE . even when i did not make an appointment i was received with open arms . special thanks to everyone who was involved during the process of the purchase of my car . from sales person to people in charge of finance and the people detailing my ride before it was given to me . those are most of my PROS . now with the CONS : maybe it needs to be a little more organized , i mean a designated area of possible buyers separate from people who is there just for car maintenance . as well for parking for possible buyers . when i person goes there, you end up parking next to cars on display or cars that are waiting to have some service done. overall i give you a 5 stars service.thank you toyota of down town LA .

Kudo's to Charlie Park, Manager, who resolved an issue and said "Customer is always right, you are the customer, and no need to thank, when I thanked him". Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because Martha Guzman was awesome!! I have gotten 3 cars from this dealership and by far she is the most knowledgeable sales person I have encounter. She gives you options, explains things with detail, gives you pros and cons about a car or/and payments. The only problem with this dealership is that the people that you have to finalize the paperwork with take over 2 hours to attend you! Some of them are annoying and pushy. Oh and they should add better customer service. Few times I been there they look at me and my husband as if we dont belong there. Ps. Ask for Martha Guzman from internet!

I had a great experience buying a used RAV4 Hybrid. Richard was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy like a stereotypical car salesman. He kept us informed throughout the process and even delivered the car to my home because the cleaning wasn't finished when we were ready to leave the dealership.

Went on a Saturday to look at a specific used car we wanted and intended to pay cash. Called in with a question and no one returned my call. We decided to just go and look at the card for ourselves. Dealership was packed, good for you, not so much for customers. Took forever to see finance for a car we paid in cash for. Forever to get cleaned. We were there about 4.5 hours and only looked at the one vehicle. Norma and Richard were nice. Norma explained things clearly and in a straightforward manner.
